Working Theory of rotary drum dryer

Rotary dryer is consisted of a horizontally inclined rotating cylinder. Material is fed at one end and discharged at the other end. In direct-type rotary dryers, hot gases move through the cylinder in direct contact with the material, either with or against the direction of its flow. The cylinder is equipped with flights, which lift the material and shower it down through the hot gas stream

Working Principle of rotary drum dryer:

1.Raw materials are conveyed from the feeder machine directly into the Rotary Dryer, raised by the lifting plates      repeatedly, and scattered by the crushing blow dispersion devices.
2.Materials and the hot air flow are combined sufficiently to complete heat and mass transfer process.
3.As a result of the induced draft fan, dried materials move slowly, and come out from the discharge machine after   drying, exhaust gas is handled by the cyclone, venting to the atmosphere.
4.it is used together with chicken manure fertilizer pellet making machine to make organic fertilizer granules
