The machine body and driving part are mainly fixed on a machine frame, ensuring the sturdy construction, stable performance and easy installation of the granulator machine.The motor and speed reducer of the driving part drive the rotor to rotate. After the materials enter into the organic fertilizer production line through the feeding inlet, by the high speed rotating mechanical stirring force and aerodynamic force thereof, the materials are mixed, granulated, spherified and densified in the machine, achieving the aim of granulation. The formed granules are pushed out in the other end of the equipment.
Note: The diameter of the produced granules can be controlled by adjusting the quantity of the raw materials and rotating speed of main shaft. The less the raw materials mixed and the higher the rotating speed, the smaller the granulated fertilizer.

Installation and Commissioning of New Type Organic Fertilizer Granulator
1. Installation
- New type organic fertilizer granulator should be installed on a flat, dry concrete foundation and fixed with anchor bolts. The wiring of the motor should be in accordance with the regulations, while the conductor and connector should have a good insulation. All the fasteners should be firm and reliable. The rotation direction of the main shaft should be consistent with the indicator direction on the granulator machine. And all moving parts should rotate flexibly after installation.
- Check to ensure the machine body is perpendicular to the horizontal direction.
- Check the bolts and bin gate of the machine after installation, fasten them if they are loose. - Configure the power line and control switch according to the power of the equipment.
- Use the adjusting screw in the fertilizer making machine to adjust the gap of the wheel, usually the gap is 0.1-0.3mm






2. Commissioning
- Do a comprehensive cleaning to the fertilizer granulator before using. Check whether the connection between moving parts is reliable; whether the transmission part is reliable.
- Check whether the power supply meets the requirement. Connect the granulator machine to the power supply, and adjust the rotation direction of the main shaft to be consistent with the indicator direction.- Do no-load test after examination and if the test run is normal, you can start production.
